Abstract: Marx's Metabolism Rift Theory contains abundant ecological thoughts through the discussion of the metabolic relationship
between man and nature and the process of rifting. Since the promulgation of the new environmental protection law, some Chinese
enterprises have vigorously developed circular economy in terms of constructing ecological ethics, fostering ecological culture, and
establishing corporate eco- system accountability, focusing on stimulating benefits through science and technology and achieving
certain results. As one of the main entities in the process of building an ecological civilization, the enterprises draw on and absorb the
ecological thinking of the Metabolism Rift Theory and put it into practice, which is of great significance to the current construction of
ecological civilization in China.
